Teachers:

All of our staff meet and exceed the educational qualifications set by the State of Wisconsin, with all of our lead preschool teachers and most of the rest of our  staff having earned at least a bachelor’s’ degree in early childhood education or a related field.

Administrator:

Janet Fussell is 90% shareholder of Grafton Preschool and Childcare, llc. She also founded, owns and operates Range Line Preschool and Childcare, Inc.  Janet received her bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from St. Norbert College. She has over 22 years of education and experience in the early childhood field.  She taught Pre-kindergarten and kindergarten for many years.  She had been a preschool and childcare administrator for over 14 years. Janet is a skilled administrator, business owner and teacher with current knowledge of early childhood development and teaching practice. Janet  works at both Grafton and Range Line Preschool  full time performing various roles to help ensure that each child receives the highest quality care and education.  Janet is a mother of two and has a great love for all children. Both of her children, Emily  and Michael attended Range Line Preschool and the after school program, until they aged out.

 

Facilities Director and CFO :

Jennifer Wachter has been with Grafton Preschool for 7 years.  She is the glue that holds the center together.  Have a scheduling question or a billing question… or any question at all SEE JENNIFER.

 

Center Director :

Stacey Wirth is the Director of Operations of both Grafton Preschool and Just 4 Fun Playland.  Stacey has a degree in Retail management from the University of Wisconsin in 1982.  Before Grafton Preschool opened she spent several years preparing for her role by working in various capacities at Range Line Preschool and Childcare.  Not only is she the manager of this facility, she and her husband are 10% owners and have a vested interest in the success of this center, so she too is more than willing and eager to help in any way.
